Do you know of other, better video sites?

I like streaming tv episodes and, to a lesser degree, movies. What's better than hulu? There are content providers (like, ABC, NBC, cable, etc…) They have their own sites, but other stuff is rolled up into sites like hulu. How have you automated your shit?
